"I had car insurance for about a year and a half and I liked it at first, but my rates kept increasing. I reached out multiple times to see how I can get it lowered because it was too high, even though I was working from home and not commuting. I will still being charged for higher mileage even though I reiterated multiple times that I work from home which they didn’t take that into account. I switched and insurance dropped almost $100 a month. I felt like I was hustled and taken advantage of, unfortunate because I thought of them as honest."

She came in quite a bit under our current costs, and sold me a personal umbrella as well. And just before we wrapped things up today, she suggested that I look at their homeowners coverage, and take advantage of their multi policy discounts. Tabatha was not only patient and thorough in taking on a new customer, but she is resourceful in thinking about our needs. A win-win situation."
